Number 10 in sales for the month of July 2017 goes to Stars Of Kovan. Located right next to Kovan MRT and Market, this luxury property developed by Cheung Kong Hong Kong has seen brisks sales since its launch in 2016.

Sims Urban Oasis

9th place in top property sales Singapore goes to Sims Urban Oasis. Just minutes away from Aljunied MRT station, this mega-condominium of over 1000 units clocked in a total of more than 80% sold. Sales have accelerated because the condo is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2018.


Commonwealth Towers

Coming in 8th place is the centrally location Commonwealth Towers. Expected TOP in 2018, buyers came in droves as this high end condominium boasts quality finishings and accessibility to Queenstown MRT station, all at a reasonable price point.

Queens Peak

Coming in 7th place is the centrally located Queen’s Peak by MCC Land. Only minutes walk away from Queenstown MRT station, their 1-bedroom units are an attractive draw with investors from just only $800,000+

The Alps Residences

Climbing up one position to number 6th in our July rankings is The Alps Residences. This relatively new condo on the market have seen some robust sales month on month due to its location in Tampines and their competitive entry prices for a private condominium unit.

Parc Riviera

5th place for July condominium sales in Singapore goes to the ever consistent performer Parc Riviera. After this round of July sales of over 50 units, there are only limited units remaining for keen buyers.

Kingsford Waterbay

Moving up a few spots to 4th place for the month of July 2017 is Kingsford Waterbay. This massive condominium sits on 2 plots of residential land combined and faces the serene Serangoon river. Waterbay has been a hit with buyers who prefer being closer to nature and boasts very attractive psf prices for a private condominium.

Symphony Suites

Moving over to the north side of the island, Symphony Suites climbed 2 spots to finish 3rd for the month of July 2017. Connected via a park connector to Yishun MRT and Northpoint Shopping Centre, this is one of the most attractively priced entry level private condominium buyers can find.

The Santorini

2nd place for July 2017 Singapore condominium sales goes to The Santorini. Located in Tampines, this greece themed private condominium by MCC Land has seen stellar sales after TOP is obtained where buyers can go view actual units inside the development. Fully sold and buyers may wish to consider the Alps Residences located right beside.

Martin Modern

First placed sales in Singapore for July 2017 goes to Martin Modern. Located in our island’s Core Central Region, Martin Modern is one of the highest profile new condominiums in recent years. Designed with a timeless architecture in mind, buyers do not hesitate to ask about prices when it comes to such a masterpiece of a property. A timeless collector’s item for sure.
